By using TakeSessions services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services: TakeSessions provides private music instruction (in-person and online) through qualified independent musicians and employed instructors. We facilitate the matching of students with musicians and handle scheduling and payment processing.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Payments and Billing: Lesson packages are billed in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current pricing is available on our website.

Intellectual Property: All content on takesessions.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by TakeSessions and protected by copyright law.

Limitation of Liability: TakeSessions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
