Lesson Policies

Welcome to TakeSessions! These policies ensure a great experience for students and musicians alike.

Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled weekly at a consistent time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice through your student portal or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Each student receives 2 emergency cancellation credits per calendar year.

Tardiness: If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If a musician is late, the full lesson time will be made up.

Payment: Lesson packages are billed at the beginning of each 4-lesson cycle. We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Withdrawal: To withdraw from lessons, please notify us by the 15th of the month. Your remaining lessons in the current cycle will be honored.

Refunds: Unused lessons within the current cycle may be refunded upon request. Lessons already taken are non-refundable.

Student conduct: We expect mutual respect between students and musicians. TakeSessions reserves the right to discontinue lessons if conduct policies are not followed.
